A journey through the history of “Durstlöscher” packaging design:
Historical packaging reinterpreted and implemented to a high standard
For the trade fair presentation in the “Idea Supermarket” at PLMA 2025 in Amsterdam, a “journey through the history of packaging” was developed for the cult drink “Durstlöscher”.
Since no original artwork was available, LSD took on the creative and technical redevelopment of the historical designs.
Our artwork professionals created six different packaging designs based on image templates and research, which were then produced as high-quality product dummies – true to detail, refined, and ready for display at trade fairs.
The dummies were finished with a stabilizing core, a silver dot for the straw, and a realistic, laminated surface. Thanks to the combination of design reproduction and dummy construction, an emotionally and visually compelling presentation was created that took trade fair visitors on a journey through the brand’s evolution.
